Wildfowl Carving Magazine Releases The Best of Competition
July 31 , 2018Northbrook, IL—Wildfowl Carving Magazine and Ampry Publishing are pleased to announce the release of their latest book, The Best of Competition. The Best of Competition is part of Wildfowl Carving Magazine‘s annual publication where they showcase the top carved birds from around the world that were featured in different competitions.
This special edition of the publication features highlights from every year of the magazine, going all the way back to 1988. The publication had originally featured the top carvings from around the United States but eventually expanded to included highlights from Canadian and British shows as well. Pieces to be featured in The Best of Competition were selected to highlight not only the best work but also the work from as many different shows as possible.
This book is available now for book club subscribers. It is also available to order on Amazon and will be released on August 1, 2018.
Wildfowl Carving Magazine produces two to three books each year, including its annual Competition book. They’ll be producing a book with Tom Baldwin, Three Bird Carving Projects, in fall 2018. They had previously released Competition 2017 in February 2017.
