Wildfowl Carving Magazine Releases Three Bird Carving Projects

Northbrook, IL—Ampry Publishing, LLC and Wildfowl Carving Magazine are proud to announce the release of their latest book, Three Bird Carving Projects. Three Bird Carving Projects is part of the Workbench Projects series, which features a variety of step-by-step carving guides from acclaimed carvers. The latest book in the series features three step-by-step carvings for beginners: the Eastern bluebird, the Northern pygmy owl, and the least sandpiper. It also includes an additional 11 patterns for other birds at the beginner level.

Author Tom Baldwin has been carving birds since the 1980s and has won numerous local, state, national, and international competitions since then. He also teaches classes and regularly contributes to Wildfowl Carving Magazine.

Wildfowl Carving Magazine produces two to three books each year, including its annual Competition book, which will release in early 2019.
